Experience in Project Management, Site Development, support all real estate activities in Cell tower construction
Flexible as there may be workweeks that require more than 40 hours to ensure the positions expectations and responsibilities are met.
Associate Project Mgr/Cell tower duties:
Required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
Required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
Maintain external systems by actualizing tasks in customer systems, provide forecasting pursuant to terms of services contracts, upload documents, and complete required customer forms and deliverables as detailed in project statements of work.
Pull reports from customer databases to review project actuals, validate billable milestones for invoice approval, and ensure project accuracy and site alignment.
Ability to solve complex problems for issue resolution; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.
Sound financial analysis and budgeting skills.
Ability to work in a time-sensitive, high volume environment with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
